Bijoy TV is a privately owned ‘infotainment’ television channel in Bangladesh. and official transmission began on 31 May 2013. Bijoy TV offering a wide variety of programs including news, movies, dramas, talk shows, and many more. Bijoy TV is a satellite-based Bengali language television channel. Its studio is in Hatirpul Dhaka.[3][4] The channel has started broadcasting regular shows since 16 December 2011. The official transmission began on 31 May 2013. This channel was established by former mayor of Chittagong City Corporation A. B. M. Mohiuddin Chowdhury. Current State Minister of Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury is one of the shareholders and former managing director of this channel.
